steadycash is built by Pixicom, LLC ("we", "us"). We believe your financial data is none of our business — literally. This policy explains what little data we do collect and how we handle it.

1. Your Financial Data

steadycash is 100% local. All of your financial data — accounts, transactions, budgets, balances — is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We cannot access, read, or recover your data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to operate the website and communicate with you:

• Email address — if you sign up for launch notifications via our mailing list (powered by MailerLite)
• Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated website analytics via Google Analytics (GA4), including pages visited, referral source, device type, and general geographic region
• Support requests — if you contact us through the in-app support form, we collect your email address, message, and basic browser diagnostics (browser type, screen size, timezone, app version) to help troubleshoot issues

We do not collect names, payment information, financial data, or any other personal information through the website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Email address — solely to send you the launch announcement and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Analytics data — to understand how visitors find and use our website so we can improve it.
• Support data — solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve issues. Browser diagnostics help us reproduce and fix bugs.

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Data

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your email address is only shared with our email service provider (MailerLite) for the sole purpose of delivering emails you signed up for.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — for anonymous website analytics. Google's privacy policy applies to data they collect. You can opt out using a browser plugin.
• MailerLite — for email list management. Their privacy policy applies to email data they process on our behalf.
• Paddle — for payment processing. Paddle handles all payment data directly. Their privacy policy applies.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only for analytics (Google Analytics). The steadycash application itself uses browser local storage to save your data — this is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.

7. Data Retention

• Financial data — stored locally on your device until you clear it. We never have access to it.
• Email address — retained until you unsubscribe, at which point it is deleted from our mailing list.
• Analytics data — retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings.

8. Your Rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time via the link in any email
• Request deletion of your email address by contacting us
• Delete your financial data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage
• Opt out of Google Analytics using their browser opt-out plugin

9. Children's Privacy

steadycash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
